Dear Sirs or Madams,

We are the Kocic family, brothers Ivan and Bojan, and father Zoran.
I, Ivan was born in 1974, and my brother Bojan was born in 1971. When my brother was two and I was three years old we got sick with muscle atrophy, and we have been invalids ever since, that is, confined to the wheel chairs. Our father Zoran, born in 1948, who has taken care of us till now, had three strokes, first in 1990, the second in 1998, and the third stroke in april in 2008. After this third stroke he became the third member of our family in need of help, because now he is also an invalid. Neither me nor my brother are able to provide the help he needs. Our mother, Borinka Kocic, who was the only person we could rely on, died on 8th March in 2007.

Dear Sir or Madam, We have been notified on 31.08.2009. that the Municpality of Medijana ...has decided not to pay for our family's personal assistent any more.
You will be informed of any further development.
